The CADRC is committed to collaborating with community partners who support individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease. One of our primary partners in Northeast Ohio is the Alzheimer’s Association. Since 1980, the Cleveland Area Chapter has offered free care and support services to people and their families throughout the region, including communities such as Ashtabula, Cleveland, Mentor, Avon, Lorain, and many others.
The CADRC and the Alzheimer’s Association work closely to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and to highlight the care, support, and research resources available to the community. Together, we have co-hosted numerous outreach initiatives and events, including Juneteenth observances, Black History Month programs, celebrations honoring the Hispanic community, as well as educational offerings such as webinars and heritage events..

A strong example of our joint marketing efforts with the regional Alzheimer’s Association chapter is the co-promotion of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. This event is prominently highlighted on the CADRC website, at outreach activities, and across our social media
Together, these collaborative efforts reflect our shared commitment to ensuring that individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease have access to the support, information, and resources they need. By uniting our strengths, we are able to reach more communities, deepen awareness, and enhance the impact of our outreach. Through this partnership, we continue to build a more informed, connected, and empowered Northeast Ohio community.
