Cleveland Area Alzheimer’s Association
The Cleveland Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (CADRC) is committed to collaborating with community partners who support individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. One of our primary partners in Northeast Ohio is the Alzheimer’s Association Cleveland Area Chapter.
Since 1980, the Cleveland Area Chapter has provided free education, care, and support services to individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and their families across Northeast Ohio, including communities such as Cleveland, Ashtabula, Mentor, Avon, Lorain, and surrounding areas.
Walk to End Alzheimer’s & Awareness Efforts
A strong example of our collaborative outreach is the co-promotion of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, a signature fundraising and awareness event hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association. This event is highlighted through the CADRC website, community outreach activities, and social media, helping amplify its impact and reach.
