If you choose to enroll, you will first meet with the study team to learn more about the study and have all your questions answered. If you provide consent to participate, study activities may include:

• One MRI scan
• Two PET scans
• One blood draw
• An optional third PET scan (FDG PET)

After completing the initial study procedures, you will be asked to return approximately two years later for follow-up testing.
